Refurbished Ikea Table

I had a little ole lady come in awhile back with a formica top table and she wanted something nicer, but she wanted to keep her old base. I told her we could knock one out using any type of wood she liked. She chose walnut, which happens to be my favorite wood to work.

This is what we made to size for her...

When placed on her MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard aka Ikea wood) base we ended up with a real good looking table.
